Subscription FAQs:

How does a coffee subscription work? Simply choose the coffee you would like to order, and click on the Blue "PayWhirl" button to place your order. Choose the size bag of coffee and how many bags of fresh coffee you'd like to receive, and the grind you prefer. That's it! Check out and you're all set. Your subscription will renew each month on the same day as your first order. 

What if I want to change my subscription? After you place an order, you will be sent an email with a link that will take you to your own order management page. Here you can change your mailing or billing address, choose different items to receive, change the date or frequency of your subscription, postpone an order when you will be out of town, or cancel. Can I order coffee without a subscription? Yes, you can! Just click on the Red "ADD to CART" button to make a one time purchase without a subscription.

What are my payment options? We accept all credit and debit cards through paypal, stripe and shopify payments. We also have currency conversion for international orders. We do not take cash or check or COD payments at this time.

How much is shipping? Shipping on coffee is only $4.99 US, $12.99 worldwide. Spend just $35.00 and we'll pay the shipping!

I placed an order, but made a mistake. How do I fix it? If you ordered by subscription, you will be able to make changes through the link you will receive by email after your order. If you don't receive the email in time, or didn't use the subscription service, simply email us at Hello@kittysbeans.com and we'll take care of it for you.

  • Shipping is Free when you spend $35.00, and only $4.99 for smaller orders in the US.
  • Can you rush my order?
  • Yes! At checkout, you can indicate your need for a rush order.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
  • This depends on the product ordered.  When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email containing the shipping time frames to your property based off your country of origin. Please use this table as reference for Shipping to your Country. Please keep in mind that processing can take 1-5 business days. In most instances we ship next business day.

  • Can I have a tracking number?
  • We provide a tracking number via email and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.
  • Where are your warehouses located?
  • We currently have warehouses located in the USA, Australia, China and Singapore.
  • Can I pay in my local currency?
  • The currency will be set to USD by default, this is converted to your currency once you reach checkout.
  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
  • We have a large assortment of products stocked with various partners internationally. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way! Again, please always contact us if you have any questions at all about your order!
  • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
  • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
  • If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
  • We also offer SMS and other notifications for shipments that you can sign up for when you order. 
  • What is your refund policy?
  • Making YOU happy is our number one priority.  If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, if your order is defective (dead-on-arrival) or materially different from what was presented on the product page, we will refund your money. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
